Article 1 - Definitions

  • Entrepreneur: DWIDJOSISWOJO - CROP & ROAST, trading as DUANUSA.
  • Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into a contract with the Entrepreneur.
  • Durable medium: Any means that enables the Customer to store information addressed personally to them (e.g., e‑mail, PDF).

Article 3 - Scope 

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and contracts between the Entrepreneur and the Customer made via the online shop DUANUSA.COM. By placing an order the Customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.


Article 4 - The Offer 

  1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to treat / an online catalogue without obligation.
  2. Coffee is a natural product. Illustrations and specifications serve as guidelines. The Entrepreneur does not guarantee that the colors displayed on a screen accurately represent the product.
  3. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the Entrepreneur.


Article 5 - Conclusion of the Contract 

  1. A contract is concluded when the Customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the button labelled “Place order with obligation to pay” (or similar).
  2. The Entrepreneur will confirm receipt of the order by e‑mail without undue delay. The contract is deemed accepted only upon this confirmation.


Article 6- Right of Withdrawal & Returns 

  1. No general right of withdrawal: Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
  2. Exclusion for foodstuffs: As roasted coffee is a food product that, for reasons of health protection and hygiene, is not suitable for return, returns or exchanges are excluded once the seal/packaging has been opened or the goods have been delivered correctly.


Article 7 - Prices and Payment 

  1. All prices shown on DUANUSA.COM are in Swiss Francs (CHF). As the company is not registered in the commercial register and has not (yet) reached the turnover threshold for VAT liability, VAT is not shown (exempt pursuant to Article 10 of the Swiss VAT Act, if applicable).

  2. The payment methods displayed in the shop are available to the Customer. The Entrepreneur cooperates with the following payment service providers:

    • Stripe: enables payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    • PayPal: enables payment via the Customer’s PayPal account or the payment methods stored therein.
  3. If payment is made by credit card or PayPal, your account will be charged immediately upon completion of the order in the online shop.
  4. Goods will be dispatched only after successful confirmation of receipt of payment by the relevant payment service provider.
  5. The Customer is obliged to provide correct data for the chosen payment method. In the event of chargebacks for which the Customer is responsible, the Entrepreneur reserves the right to invoice the Customer for any fees incurred.


Article 8 - Conformity and Warranty 

  1. The Entrepreneur warrants that the products conform to their specifications.
  2. Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery to info@duanusa.com. For justified defects the Customer is entitled to replacement delivery or price reduction.


Article 9 - Delivery and Performance 

  1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer.
  2. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed. In such cases any payments already made will be refunded.
  3. Risk passes to the Customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.


Article 10 - Liability 

  1. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
  2. The Entrepreneur is not liable for damage caused by improper storage of the coffee by the Customer (e.g., storage that is too warm or humid).


Article 11 - Copyright 

All rights to texts, photographs and the website design are held by DWIDJOSISWOJO - CROP & ROAST. Use by third parties is prohibited without written permission.


Article 12 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

  1. Contracts are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
  2. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
